Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two to five years production experience required; pork industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret English safety files and procedures; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of production employees within the pump room.
• Direct and provide feedback in the absence of the Supervisor; communicate policy changes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company procedures; coordinate shift training.
