Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Associates is seeking a Public Area Attendant for the JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown. The role covers cleaning all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and elevators, with responsibilities extending to guest request support and occasional turndown service.

The position requires evening availability from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, works full-time, reports to the Housekeeping Manager, and offers a non-exempt pay structure with a start rate around $18.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• One+ month of related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, restrooms, and elevators.
• Respond to guest requests for items such as rollaway beds, refrigerators, and other amenities.
• Assist with turndown service when needed.
• Clean back-of-house areas and support hotel staff as required.
• Maintain inventory levels for towels and other supplies; notify supervisor when low.
• Follow brand standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
