Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or related environment
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ISO 9001 QMS preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes and supervise hourly employees
• Lead production teams focused on safety, quality, service, and productivity within budgetary guidelines
• Direct team leads to guide, direct, and assign work and maintain records
• Ensure hourly workforce is properly trained with tools to succeed
• Handle disciplinary activity and labor relations coordination
• Maintain data and reports related to the supervised area using Excel and Access
