Job summary

Flex in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on a 3:00 pm – 11:15 pm shift. You will supervise staff, drive line performance, and coordinate with engineers on cost improvements. Emphasis on safety, quality, and timely delivery to customers.

You will coach operators, manage performance, and prioritize schedules to meet production goals while supporting department budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience plus 1 year operations experience.
• Leadership experience and ability to conduct performance reviews.
• Experience in payroll for a team is preferred.
• Proficiency with office software, data entry, and databases.
