Job summary

You will report to the manager, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support recruiting, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing, Lean-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of operations, manufacturing, production, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for a production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Supervise and support a team of approximately 25 production employees, providing coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee development.
• Direct department activities and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
