Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of operations, manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills; ability to present across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for a production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met.
• Supervise and support a team of ~25 production employees, providing coaching and development.
• Direct department activities and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and other teams to resolve issues and drive improvement.
• Monitor metrics and generate reports to evaluate performance and drive decisions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
