Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of operations experience.
• Leadership experience and payroll responsibility.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of multiple processes/lines in a technical environment to ensure line success.
• Evaluate plant performance daily and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
