Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Production/Sanitation team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio. No experience is required and training is provided.

Starting pay is $18.75/hour with an increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. You will work 2:30pm–11:00pm with potential future shift changes. Generous benefits include paid vacation, holidays, health coverage, a 401(k) match, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and climb ladders/stairs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help process eggs.
• Inspect eggs for quality.
• Remove defective products.
