Job summary

Cooper Farms in St. Henry, Ohio, is looking for 1st shift (Evisceration) Food Production team members. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 5:30am–11:30am or 5:30am–3:30pm, with starting pay of $17.50/hour and potential to rise to $18.25 after 90 days.

All training is provided and PPE is supplied. We offer monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance, generous paid vacation, six holidays plus floating holidays, health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and other benefits to support

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate a climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Evisceration Production: perform functions involved in harvesting a turkey.
• Rework any product that does not pass through properly.
• Wear all PPE and rotate with team members as directed.
