Cooper Farms is hiring a 3rd shift Sanitation Lead at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio. The role focuses on leading the sanitation crew, ensuring cleanliness, and safe chemical handling, with teamwork across departments.

Starting pay ranges from $20.90 to $24.45 per hour. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with paid time off and weekly pay. Training and compliance with USDA sanitation rules are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have strong verbal, written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Must have experience with sanitation and chemical handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sanitation crew and ensure the plant stays clean and runs smoothly.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and properly recorded.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly.
• Train team members on how to mix, label, and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure the facility follows all food safety and USDA sanitation rules.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations productive.
