Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Blending Operator A Crew to operate blending systems and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will monitor materials, adjust distribution, and collaborate with production teams to meet scheduling and quality goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing or blending, basic computer skills, and forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, material handling, or blending experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); forklift certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material levels in silos using blending systems.
• Operate blending equipment and adjust distribution as needed.
• Coordinate with production to meet scheduling and quality objectives.
• Inspect material bins and maintain inventory accuracy throughout shift.
• Transfer materials between railcars, silos and production areas.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and maintain records.
• Ensure proper stocking of dust and regrind materials at stations.
• Receive, sample, and stage raw material trailers.
• Operate yard trucks to move trailers within facility.
