Job summary

GE Vernova Gas Power in Greenville, SC seeks an Operations Leader to guide turbine assembly operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, and lead hourly production teams. You will make timely business decisions and communicate goals and processes across the cell.

This role requires practical leadership, problem solving, and the ability to manage daily production plans, scheduling, and cross-functional troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Assembly
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, engineering or assembly

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to execute daily production plans
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available for safe work
• Monitor performance to goals for safety, quality, materials, productivity, and compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional peers to resolve issues
• Support 5S and Visual Management initiatives
• Develop and support growth of employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
