Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Turbine Technician to support assembly, disassembly, testing, and de-prep of LM6000, LM2500 and LMS100 engines and components. You will follow technical specifications and standard work practices to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires hands-on use of precision tools, adherence to QMS, and the ability to work in a team or solo to meet production needs. The shift runs 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 2 years’ experience on Gas Turbine or Aircraft Engine Services or 1 year as Turbine Technician at Jport facility.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routing of engine hardware, assemblies and other material.
• Inspect gas turbine engines and components for serviceability.
• Record discrepancies and maintain documentation per QMS.
• Troubleshoot in-process problems and component failures.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with safety policies.
