Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Leader in Greenville, SC to guide turbine assembly operations. You will lead hourly production teams, drive safety, quality and productivity, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence and develop employees while maintaining strict adherence to safety and 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or a High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Assembly.
• Experience leading hourly production teams and delivering on safety, quality and productivity metrics.
• SAP/BMS experience is preferred and helps manage manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to execute daily production plans aligned with cell goals.
• Ensure teams have tools, materials and equipment to work safely.
• Elevate and communicate issues that block work to resolve root causes promptly.
• Track performance metrics for safety, quality, material management and productivity.
• Provide direction for staffing, scheduling overtime and prioritizing cell priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional peers to troubleshoot technical and quality issues.
