Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience operating production equipment and process‑driven machinery.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as grinders, polishers, grit blasters, and painting equipment.
• Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and loading.
• Follow work instructions and process methods.
• Move materials with forklifts or cranes as trained.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity goals with the team.
• Engage in lean and continuous improvement activities.
