Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years' related experience as described.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical/regulatory material.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence clearly.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers and customers.
• Math skills including probability, statistics and geometry basics.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions practically.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant shift manufacturing activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards are met.
• Analyze daily production and implement countermeasures.
• Develop standard work, job instructions and process controls.
• Provide lean manufacturing leadership and talent development.
• Resolve worker issues with consistent, unbiased approach.
