Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate 1 for our Lonoke, Arkansas facility. You will perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery, handle changeovers, and assist engineers and technicians to uphold process integrity.

Excellent teamwork and communication are essential as you attend meetings and follow safety rules. Requires a high school diploma or GED; one year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass the company's standard mechanical aptitude evaluation for technicians.
• Basic computer skills required to navigate menus and print documents.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Effective communication with team members and supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend process instructions.
• Ability to record pertinent process information as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend shift, department and plant meetings in a timely manner.
• Perform changeovers on machines and support equipment as directed.
• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on malfunctioning machines.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery as scheduled.
• Set tooling and make adjustments to various machines.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
