Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Lead (RTH) for the second shift (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM) to guide a team across RTH prep, assembly, portioning, meal bagging, and shipping. The role includes setting daily targets with the supervisor, arranging equipment, and ensuring SOPs are followed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

You will enforce GMP and PPE standards, monitor quality, and report any issues to leadership while coordinating closely with warehouse and FSQA teams to maintain smooth

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attendance and performance record required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train production associates on RTH prep, assembly, portioning, meal bagging, and shipping.
• Ensure production targets are met by communicating plans and expectations to the team.
• Enforce GMP and PPE standards and report safety or quality issues to leadership.
• Oversee output tracking, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs during shift.
• Coordinate with warehouse to prevent shortages and downtime.
• Supervise and develop the production team to maintain line pace and quality.
