Wilsonart LLC in Temple, Texas, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Assembly Nights shift. You will oversee hourly team members, manage daily production schedules, and drive KPI performance across safety, quality, and delivery.

The role emphasizes Lean principles and continuous improvement. You will lead safety, training, and performance management while collaborating with other departments to meet customer demand and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience may substitute for 1 year of degree.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted in place of degree requirement.

Performs other tasks as required.
