Job summary

Advanced Plastiform, Inc. in Zebulon, NC, is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead and oversee production operations during the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–1:30 AM). You will coordinate a team to maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery while following company policies.

The role may require training on first shift to learn processes. You will manage staffing, assign tasks, monitor output, and coach employees to meet production goals and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift team to meet safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with company policies.

• Train and onboard new employees and assign experienced staff to assist with training.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
• Ensure PPE, safety rules, and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Review production paperwork and reports for accuracy and completeness.
