Festival Foods in Kimberly, WI, is seeking a Produce Evening Supervisor to oversee night operations and ensure top-quality produce and guest service. You will support the Produce Department Manager, lead a team of associates, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the department.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to company policies, with a focus on delivering an outstanding shopping experience for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail grocery operations and perishables.

Responsibilities

• Assist Produce Department Manager by working with all Produce associates to ensure a positive shopping experience and adherence to policies.
• Promote Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to Associates.
• Assist in training new Produce associates and provide retraining as necessary.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to all Produce department staff.
• Ensure department standards are met by observing sales floor and back stock; take action to correct issues.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate pricing on products sold.
• Collaborate with Store Director and other managers to uphold standards and guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests, taking orders, and handling special requests.
• Lead by example and help maintain department cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards (e.g., temperature checks, cleanliness).
• Complete other duties and maintain regular attendance.
