Job summary

Festival Foods in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Produce Evening Supervisor to help lead the Produce Department during night operations. You will work closely with the Produce Department Manager to ensure top-quality produce, guest service, and adherence to store policies while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient department.

You’ll train new associates, reinforce culture, manage inventory and pricing, and collaborate with other managers to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal tactfully with customers and personnel
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Understanding of safety requirements and policies and how to apply training
• Knowledge of retail food and perishable department operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Department Manager by coordinating with all Produce associates to ensure a consistently enjoyable shopping experience.
• Promote Festival culture, exceptional guest service, and performance expectations to all Produce staff.
• Help train new Produce associates and provide retraining as needed.
• Answer questions and support all Produce department associates with daily tasks.
• Monitor department standards on the sales floor and back stock to maintain quality.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure accurate pricing on products.
• Collaborate with Store Director, Produce Manager/Assistant Manager and other departments to uphold standards and guest satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and handling special requests
