Festival Foods seeks a Produce Evening Supervisor to support the Produce Department Manager in overseeing night operations and ensuring the highest quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. You will guide associates, maintain standards, and ensure a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and all personnel.
• Strong oral and written communication with a diverse crew in a high-stress environment.
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies; able to apply on-the-job safety training.
• Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist by working with all Produce associates to ensure a consistently enjoyable shopping experience, adherence to policies and department goals.
• Reinforce Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all Produce associates.
• Assist in training new Produce associates and provide retraining as necessary.
• Answer questions and offer guidance to all Produce department associates.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure accurate pricing on products sold.
• Communicate and collaborate with Store Director and Managers to uphold standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests and handling special requests.
