Job summary

Festival Foods in Menasha, WI is seeking a Fresh Cut Night Lead to oversee the evening/night shift in the Fresh Cut department, ensuring top-quality service and fresh products for guests. You will manage the night crew, coordinate with other departments, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll train and coach teammates, monitor stock levels, and collaborate across teams to meet department goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team in retail or grocery environments.
• Experience in retail food stocking or produce roles a plus.
• Strong communication across diverse teams and with guests.
• Understanding and application of food safety practices on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests professionally.
• Lead the Fresh Cut night team and direct operations in manager's absence.
• Train and coach new associates and mentor current team members.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate pricing of fresh cut items.
• Assist guests with product inquiries and special requests.
