Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Department Manager by leading night shift activities.
• Support associates to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Reinforce Festival culture and service expectations.
• Train new staff and provide retraining as needed.
• Ensure department standards, pricing accuracy, and stock levels is maintained.
• Collaborate with Store Director and department managers to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Lead by example and maintain cleanliness of the department.
• Maintain food safety logs and adherence to quality standards.
