Festival Foods in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Produce Evening Supervisor to oversee night operations and support the Produce Department Manager. You will ensure high standards of care for fresh produce and guide associates to meet department goals while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, food safety, and collaboration with store leadership to maintain quality, pricing accuracy, and a great shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service orientation and leadership ability.
• Ability to train and guide associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of safety policies and food safety processes.
• Knowledge of perishable department operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Department Manager to ensure a consistently enjoyable shopping experience.
• Promote Festival culture and customer service expectations.
• Assist in training new Produce associates and retraining as needed.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to all Produce staff.
• Maintain accurate pricing and stock levels within the department.
• Collaborate with Store Director and department managers to meet standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Provide exceptional service by helping guests find items and handle requests.
• Lead by example and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform other duties and maintain punctual attendance.
