Analog Devices, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a 2nd Shift Rework Technician to perform precision rework on QFN components, RF amplifiers, and related microwave modules. The role requires soldering under a microscope, reading detailed process sheets, and following IPC-610 standards.

The candidate should have 5+ years in micro or mechanical assembly, class 3 IPC-610 soldering skills, and strong teamwork. This is a 2nd shift position with a shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in micro/mechanical assembly or related field.
• Class 3 soldering skills per IPC-610 are required.
• Ability to work under a microscope and with precision hand tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into assemblies per IPC-610.
• Assemble and/or solder electronic components to printed circuit boards.
• MMIC die attach of chip components using silver epoxy.
• Hybrid circuit assemblies using silver epoxy and solder.
• Read and follow detailed process sheets, prints and drawings.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; maintain quality and documentation.
• Use Loctite, epoxy, and other compounds as required by the process steps.
• Handle ESD sensitive material and equipment; maintain clean work areas.
