Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens and stoves.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and apply multiple cooking methods.
• Arrange and portion food according to guidelines; store food per policy.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive demeanor to guests and colleagues.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and protect company assets.
