• Knowledgeable of culinary practices, procedures, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus and recipes with attractive presentation.
• Inspect diet trays and serve food per portion control procedures.
• Prepare cold item foods, bakery and salad items.
• Cook hot foods as directed by Supervisors and follow food safety practices.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and assist with inventory and prep.
