Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Positive Support Specialist for evening on-site shifts at Eagles Nest in Red Wing, MN. You will work with individuals who have intensive medical, behavioral, and mental health needs, using a person-centered approach to help them reach personal goals while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, advocating for rights and care, documenting each shift, and responding to crises with trained methods.
