The role emphasizes crisis management training, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with a dedicated team in a full-time, on-site setting in Saint Cloud, MN.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to be more independent in daily living skills.
• Advocate for individuals in rights, medical care, and community participation.
• Complete shift documentation and record-keeping.
• Manage crisis situations with safety and training in PBIS.
• Engage in trauma-informed care daily.
