Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school plus elementary technical training or on-the-job training.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or police/office environment.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in an administrative role and in a law enforcement setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous, timely manner.
• Determine priority of requests and transfer to MECCA 911 when needed.
• Record and process minor incident reports in the records system.
• Receive and receipts payments for bail bonds, fines after hours for various departments.
• Monitor building security and dispatch center systems; maintain audio logs and data entry.
