Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is seeking reliable Maintenance Technician candidates for a local manufacturing company. The role pays $24–$32 per hour and runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 P.M.

to 11:00 P.M., in a non-temperature-controlled environment. You will troubleshoot PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; read and write ladder logic; install panels and control systems; perform preventive maintenance; keep records and support continuous improvement; and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PLC programming required.
• 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have own tools/basic hand tools.
• Able to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Capable of working in non-temperature-controlled environments and hot/dirty conditions.
• Safety PPE required (steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glasses).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Read and write ladder logic for PLCs to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Wire and install electrical panels, motors, and control systems as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
• Good attendance and performance are essential.
