Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is seeking reliable Maintenance Technician candidates for a local manufacturing company. The role pays $24–$32 per hour and runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 P.M.

to 11:00 P.M., in a non-temperature-controlled environment. You will troubleshoot PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; read and write ladder logic; install panels and control systems; perform preventive maintenance; keep records and support continuous improvement; and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PLC programming required.
• 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have own tools/basic hand tools.
• Able to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Capable of working in non-temperature-controlled environments and hot/dirty conditions.
• Safety PPE required (steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glasses).

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable andexperiencedcandidates for aMaintenance Technicianposition with an Established Local Manufacturing Company. This position will pay between $24 - $32 per hour based on experience. The hours are Monday - Friday from 3:00 P.M. to 11:00P.M.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Read and write ladder logic for PLCs to diagnose and resolve issues
• Wire and install electrical panels, motors, and control systems as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on a variety of manufacturing equipment
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to50lbs.
• Must have 3+ years of PLC programming
• Must have4+ years of Industrial Maintenance
• Previous forklift and overhead crane certification is a plus
• Mechatronics certificate or equivalent technical training is preferred
• Must have own tools/basic hand tools
• Has a working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Able to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment as well as a very hot/dirty environment
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel-toed shoes/boots and Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear
• Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines
