Job summary

Mural-Group in Dickson, TN is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation. You will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment to maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, working knowledge of PLCs (no programming), and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of PLCs (no programming access), motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Comfortable working independently on night shift.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
Troubleshoot control systems and PLC-driven machinery (no programming required).
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Support repairs on motors, drives, sensors, and related components.
Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment as needed.
Document work performed and communicate issues across shifts.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
