Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC in Dickson, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support our manufacturing operations. You will perform complex mechanical duties and electrical trade functions, install and service PLCs, and work from blueprints to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The position requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance, 2 years electrical experience, and an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical code knowledge.
• Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance and 2 years electrical experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs using handheld device or laptop.
• Design and redesign PLC programs and software.
• Install, maintain or repair electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Read blueprints and diagnose electrical system issues.
• Lead process improvements and drive productivity improvements.
• Manage projects and ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.
