Job summary

Ashland University Bookstore is seeking a pizza production team member to prepare, press and assemble doughs, sauces and toppings, and bake pizzas as needed throughout the meal period.

Maintain safe temperatures, rotate and store products, clean and sanitize the workstation, and complete daily production sheets and temperature logs. Shifts run 2–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with every-other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must follow state health and safety guidelines for safe food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet objectives.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, press and assemble pizza doughs, sauces and toppings.
• Bake pizzas as needed throughout the meal period.
• Maintain safe temperatures during shift.
• Rotate and properly store products at shift end.
• Clean and sanitize work station.
• Complete daily production sheets and temperature logs.
