Job summary

Ashland University Bookstore is seeking a Part-Time PM Pasta - Student Dining team member to prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks and toppings for daily production. You will document product usage and temperature logs, and ensure safe food temperatures during the meal period.

This on-site role requires following state health guidelines, working a second shift, and completing remaining duties as assigned. Anticipated start date 08/01/2026, with 29 hours per week at $13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes.
• Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production.
• Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temp logs.
• Maintain safe food temperatures throughout meal period, rotate product, clean up and sanitize area during and after shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
