Job summary

Domino's Pizza Supply Chain Center is seeking a Production Sanitation Associate to participate in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough in our distribution center. The role involves rotating to dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker across the shift.

You will also clean and sanitize production equipment and areas and may be cross-trained to work in the warehouse or sanitation areas. Five 8-hour shifts per week, shift 3pm-11pm, pay rate $20.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Dough processing: measure, mix ingredients, and deliver dough to the rounding stage.
• Operate dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and stacker as assigned.
• Monitor dough temperature and metal detector checks where applicable.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Record batch data and ensure quality control.
• Assist in warehouse or sanitation areas when cross-trained.
