Job summary

Purchaseyourfreedom is seeking a Store Customer Service Rep to handle product preparation, customer service, store cleaning and packing orders for customers and drivers. The role requires clear communication, the ability to multitask, and reliable attendance for Monday and Tuesday evenings after 4 PM.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can enter orders via computer or on-site, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers, taking and processing orders.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to take orders over the counter or by phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays after 4:00 PM.
