Banner Del Webb Med Ctr in Sun City West, AZ seeks a Hospital Phlebotomy Tech I to join the evening shift. You will collect specimens, enter patient data, and prepare samples for analysis across multiple locations, including in-office and mobile sites.

The role requires a phlebotomy program or relevant experience, state phlebotomy certification, and a valid driver’s license. Some travel and on-call duties may be required. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Possession of (or ability to obtain) DHS Fingerprinting Certification where required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Collect and receipt specimens and ensure proper patient identification.
• Enter demographics, tests requested, and pertinent data into the system with accuracy.
• Prepare samples for analysis and distribute to appropriate analytic areas.
• Maintain quality and comply with HIPAA and site procedures; support multiple locations.
• Assist with workload, training of new staff, and adherence to productivity standards.
