Job summary

Olgam Life is a plasma donation service dedicated to high safety standards and donor care. We are hiring a Phlebotomist to handle donation preparation, venipuncture, and donor monitoring at our New York facility.

We offer paid training at minimum wage, an hourly pay rate of $23, and a schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm with Fridays and Saturdays off. Benefits include PTO, health and dental insurance after 60 days, and opportunities to work with a dedicated team at Olgam Plasma Centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review donor records for donation suitability.
• Perform donation setup activities and phlebotomy.
• Venipuncture for donation and whole blood draws.
• Assess vein suitability and monitor donors during donation.
• Manage donor reactions and respond to safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot pheresis equipment and maintain supplies.
