Olgam Life seeks a Phlebotomist to manage donation procedures at our plasma centers, ensuring donor safety and adherence to federal, local, and organizational standards. This role covers preparation, phlebotomy, reaction management, and donor release for all presenting donors.

This position is responsible for the processes of collection preparation, phlebotomy, venipuncture site care, monitoring, reaction management, and donor release of all donors that present to an Olgam Plasma Center location. The Phlebotomist will ensure donation safety while donating, and follow all federal, local, and organizational standards related to this determination.
