Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs, and document donor information.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Support center operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
