The MetroHealth System is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support specialty and inpatient pharmacies, delivering medication-related services to in-house patients and take-home supplies. Under pharmacist supervision, you’ll assist in quality control and distribution processes while upholding the system’s mission and customer service standards.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, and meet one of the certification or registration options required by the Ohio State

Formación

• HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
• 18 years of age or older with no felony convictions, per Ohio Revised Code 4729.42.
• Current/active Certified Pharmacy Technician from the PTCB or ExCPT certification within 90 days of hire; maintains certification throughout employment.
• Currently registered as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy; maintains active registration throughout employment; or as a Registered Pharmacy Technician becoming certified within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, delivers medication-related services in specialty and inpatient pharmacies.
• Assists Pharmacists in quality control procedures for drug distribution technologies.
• Upholds the mission, vision, values and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
