The CSR will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, monitor orders, resolve shipment or carrier issues, and assist with basic technical troubleshooting using multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Teams) preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to independent pharmacies via phone, email, and live chat.
• Monitor orders and support fulfillment progress to ensure timely processing.
• Investigate and resolve order and fulfillment issues, including delays or missing items.
• Review carrier tracking information and document resolutions.
• Troubleshoot website ordering and account-access issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Guide customers through workflows and assist Returns as needed.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Monitor daily reports and proactively address potential issues.
• Own customer issues from initial contact to resolution.
• Perform additional customer service and operational duties as needed.
