Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling (counting, measuring, weighing).
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales at the cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists under supervision with prescription processing and patient information.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and inventories; handles price checks.
• Entr ies patient and drug information in pharmacy systems; fills prescriptions and checks for interactions.
• Processes third-party claims and performs clerical duties as needed by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Provides photo area customer service and assists with web pick-up orders as required.
