Telecare Corporation is seeking a part-time Peer Support Specialist for Serenity House CRT in San Mateo, CA. The role focuses on engaging members, promoting recovery goals, and supporting the team with RCCS principles.

Responsibilities include crisis de-escalation, transporting clients as needed, and coordinating with the care team to maintain a recovery-centered environment. Must have peer certification and California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Peer Certification must be maintained throughout employment.
• Experience as a beneficiary of Behavioral Health care system.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members served to explore and meet recovery goals.
• Provide consultation to the team to promote Telecare’s RCCS culture.
• Respond to crisis with de-escalation to support least restrictive environment.
