Job summary

Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Patient Service Rep for the Warde Medical Lab. This on-site, part-time role (20 hours/week) supports client calls, test information inquiries, and reporting.

Shifts will vary with an evening focus, typically 10am-6:30pm, with potential to extend to midnight in some cases. Responsibilities include reconciling pending test lists, entering responses into the LIS, and collaborating with Client Service Specialists and the Client Services Manager on

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center.
• Ability to research test information.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer client phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding test information and patient results.
• Reconcile pending test lists from clients and monitor investigations.
• Support Client Service Specialists by researching test information and entering client responses into the LIS.
• Assist the Client Services Manager with special projects.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Assist with reference lab reporting.
• Complete daily EPI reporting and transmit reportable disease results to government agencies.
• Review cytogenetic reports in the LIS and enter results for incomplete tests.
