Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) part-time at Franklin Woods Community Hospital in Johnson City, TN. The ideal candidate has previous food service experience, can read and follow directions in English, and is able to lift up to 100 pounds.

• Previous food service experience required.

• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and collaborate with nursing to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals, manage tray tickets, and retrieve trays at scheduled times.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies; maintain patient safety and satisfaction.
